Regina represented the Buyers when I was selling my home. I worked closely with her and relied on her to keep me posted on the next steps in the process. I would highly recommend Regina to anyone selling or buying their home as she is extremely knowledgeable, calm and shows considerable grace under pressure. This sale became complicated and difficult in regard to an unfortunate legal description of the property that had to be rectified before closing and Regina made it happen. Regina was absolutely amazing from beginning to end or our search and journey to locate our forever home!!! She was patient with us and took time to really get to know our likes and dislikes. She was always prepared and had these great booklets of the homes we would be reviewing so we were able to take notes while looking at each potential location. Regina was always in constant contact with us, by email, texting and phone :) Even if we mentioned no rush, she would be back in touch with us. If there was anything she didn't know, she would tell us she would look into it and get back to us .. and she ALWAYS did get back to us. This is a trait that is fantastic, so many people now a days seem to not be able to say I don't know something .. Regina does and she will find the answer, the correct answer - which to us is extremely important and a quality that you just can't find anywhere, thank you Regina for always being truthful! Regina's patient and persistence searching helped us to find our forever home, which we are truly thankful for.
